We take away the pain of managing and administering your statutory fire safety responsibilities with a knowledgeable and highly experienced Executive team.
We are Members of the 3 required accreditation bodies. Firas , BAFE and NICEIC. We offer a comprehensive fire related service and product offering which includes:-

We work with our clients to ensure that all their aesthetic aspects are taken into account whilst insuring all aspects of legislation are included

INSTALLATION
Our engineers are fully qualified and technically competent. They’re trained to carry out all work in accordance with British Standards. They are NOT commission based and therefore do not and will not recommend unnecessary equipment in order to meet company targets.
We offer service from our own engineers – giving you consistent and professional service wherever you are.
First time fix – keeping your fire systems in operation is our ultimate goal. Whether it is the Fire Alarm, Fire Door Surveys or working with you to undertake the recommendations of the FRA (Fire Risk Assessment)
COMMISSIONING
Our engineers are targeted and monitored on their ability to repair a fault on their first visit. This ensures that you get your problem resolved quickly and economically.

All parts that we supply come with a one year warranty.
Any emergency light unit that we fit will be guaranteed failure free when undertaking a three hour discharge test for a period of two full years. In other words, if your emergency light fitting fails within two years during an emergency lighting maintenance visit, we will replace the emergency light for free.
MAINTENANCE
Our service offering comes with a personal guarantee. If you are not happy with the service we have provided we will put it right at no extra cost to yourself. We don’t claim to be a perfect Company but we are honest enough to admit if mistakes have been made – just watch how we will move heaven and earth to make it right for you – our customer.

CERTIFICATION COMPLIANCE

Firas Registered for Installation and Maintenance of Fire Doors, Fire Stopping and Maintenance and Installation of Fire Curtains.
We are a NICEIC Approved Contractor so can undertake all Electrical Works including Emergency Lighting, Design, Installation and Maintenance.
